April 2018 Amanda Paz

2018 Fellow Amanda Paz has accepted the role of Continuous Improvement Work Plan Coordinator at Chicago Public Schools. In this role, Amanda is responsible for the management of the Continuous Improvement Work Plan site and coordinating processes that guide schools in meaningful data-driven reflection and analysis to positively impact the instructional core. Amanda also assists schools and networks in strategic plan development and monitoring of implementation.

April 2018 Nicole Spicer

2018 Fellow Nicole Spicer has accepted the role as Principal of Bronzeville Classical School, a new classical high school launched by Chicago Public Schools in the fall of 2018. Bronzeville Classical’s mission is to offer a strong accelerated academic program, emphasizing teaching the whole child. Students of the school will develop core academic skills, work in teams, creatively solve problems, learn from mistakes, and pursue goals.

April 2018 D. Nigel Green

2017 Fellow D. Nigel Green has accepted the role as Diverse Leaders Mentor and Noble Fellow at Noble Network of Charter Schools. In this role, D. Nigel is responsible for supporting and mentoring Noble’s up-and-coming leaders of color to increase their presence at the table and nurture the voice they’ll use while there. As a Noble Fellow, he seeks to develop and reflect on his work as a future school leader.
